Daily Skincare Routine That Won't Break the Bank

Are you looking for a skincare routine that won’t break the bank? I am constantly getting asked to share products I use each day. I wanted to write this post about my skincare routine so y’all can reference to it when you’re stocking up on the goods. While my products have changed since the last time I did a makeup post, all the products I use are still extremely affordable.

First things first, I do my skincare routine each morning and night no matter what. I get ready with makeup products just about everyday. There is something about putting makeup on that makes me feel like I have my life together, you know what I mean?

For the rare mornings when I do not get fully ready, I still always use my Dime Hyperglow. This is hands down my favorite product. Morning Routine

Gentle Jelly Cleanser

Once I’ve woken up in the morning, I will wake up my skin by using Dime’s gentle jelly cleanser. Dime Hyperglow Serum

Once my face is clean, I apply my Dime Hyperglow Serum. I’ve always been a little self conscious with my complexion, but once I started using this serum, I actually received so many compliments! It truly helps brighten your face and assists with your elasticity. It’s been featured on Vanity Planet and Vogue, as well. Since my skin gets dull in the wintertime, this product has been a game changer as it helps counteract dryness. I apply 5 drops around my face and spread it down into my neck. It is not greasy, heavy or oily whatsoever.

Daily Moisturizers and Creams

Next, I apply my moisturizer. I always use the Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream with SPF30, then I’ll apply my CC Cream. I use It Cosmetics in the color light. Lastly, I started using Dime’s Dewy Day Cream and it’s quickly become a fan favorite!

Everyday Makeup Staples

After my daily skincare, I will apply my makeup for the day. I usually fill in my eyebrows with the Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil. I use Color 2 (Taupe). Depending on the day, I might also put on some eyeshadow.

Most days, I use my eyelash boost serum. All you do is apply a thin line like you’re putting on eyeliner. You can use it on your brows too! I’ll curl my eyelashes and then apply my mascara. I always get questions about what mascara I use. To be honest, I switched to Dime Beauty last summer after using their eye duo. I simply fell in love with the sustainability of their brand and with their products. I love that their volume mascara does not flake or smudge. For someone with longer eyelashes, like myself, you don’t have to worry about black smudges on your eyelids with Dime.

After the eyes, I will apply my lip liner and then Dime lipgloss. I have both Will and Tyler, and I can attest neither is sticky. I’ve eaten meals and drank out of my water bottle and both shades have stayed in place. It’s very long-lasting and I’m obsessed.

Nighttime Routine

When I am not using retinol, my nighttime skincare routine typically consists of Dime’s Gentle Jelly Cleanser, Hyper Glow, toner and night cream. It’s important to note that I have sensitive skin but none of the products I’ve listed in this blog post have ever messed with it. If you’re looking for new products that don’t irritate, look no further.

After cleansing my face, I follow up with applying my toner. I always, of course, use my hyperglow. Again, I apply 5ish drops to my face and neck. I end my routine with the Restorative Night Cream. This cream specifically is super hydrating and lightweight. This product also helps with dryness!
