If you are a homeowner, I guarantee you know the feeling of looking at an empty space and visualizing how you want to decorate it. When we renovated our 1903 farmhouse, Eric and I (mostly I) dreamt BIG. We were so happy with the space and how we decorated the rooms in our home. Then came the barn!
Originally we had a game room in our home but once the barn was completed, these games moved over. So we had an empty space to fill! For the longest time, we discussed having custom bunk beds installed. However, when we started researching, it was adding up to be a rather large expense. Installing custom bunks alone was going to cost us $4,000-$5,000! And this was before the increase in building supplies, so I can only imagine how much it really would have cost.
Thankfully, you guys know me, I love finding a good deal and stumbled upon these super adorable bunks! They were a steal at $549/piece with the slide and only $439 without the slide. The slides were a non-negotiable for my kids! I absolutely love how the room turned out so I’ve linked everything below if you’d like to recreate the space!
With the bunks, mattresses, sheets, comforters, etc. the total was around $2300. We saved so much money doing it this way and we know the kids are going to utilize this space for sleepovers all the time! To get an in-depth look at the space, click here!
If you have any questions on the bunks or other products, feel free to shoot me a DM or leave a comment below! Happy renovating!
