Are you looking for a healthy alternative this Halloween season? Each October I dread how much sugar and candy ends up in our home! I’m putting a stop to it this year with help from Walmart! Whether you are Keto, Gluten Free, or try to eat as organic as possible (like me), Walmart has all the products you need to live the lifestyle you want and make some pretty tasty Halloween treats!
Making healthier swaps shouldn’t cost you more! We can’t wait to snack on these brownie ghosts, orange pumpkins, mummy hotdogs and other festive treats! Comment down below which one you’re going to replicate, and head to LTK for all the products you will need!
Watch and then head to the kitchen!
How to Make Brownie Ghosts:
Boo! Let’s make some fun and festive brownies! Here is what you’ll need:
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease Ghost and Pumpkin Mini Cake Pan. Stir your Birch Benders Keto Ultimate Fudge Brownie Mix, oil, water, and eggs in a bowl until blended. Spread mixture into pan and bake according to the instructions on the brownie box (or until a toothpick inserted one inch from edge of pan comes out clean. Usually 27-35 min). Remove from oven and let brownies cool. Add candy eyeballs and serve this spook-tacular Halloween treat!

How to Make Orange Pumpkins:
This is by far the easiest Halloween treat you can make (it’s healthy too)! Grab a bag of clementine cuties, peel, and add a short piece of celery to make a fake stalk. Viola! That’s literally it!
How to Make Mummy Hotdogs:
The cutest Halloween snack! These weiner wraps are perfect for a grab and go option before trick or treating! I found this recipe from Home Made Interest. Here’s what you’ll need:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Open your crescent roll package and unroll the dough so that it is a horizontal rectangle. Cut the dough into 1/4 inch wide strips that go from the top of the dough to the bottom so they are nice and long. Wrap pieces of dough around each hot dog letting it overlap and criss-cross. You don’t want to completely cover the hot dog! Leave spaces so it looks like a mummy peeking out from its bandages. Place each wrapped hot dog on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Remove from the oven and place a small dot of ketchup or mustard on the back of your candy eyes to stick. Serve your mummy dogs!
Milly Kate helped me make some bat sandwiches, eyeball celery sticks, and chocolate dipped apples too! We’d love to hear what your favorite Halloween treat is! We’re all for the healthy options! Please tag and share with us if you try out any of these recipes!
